3 more teaspoons of kratom actually made it better. I just have to gauge what my body is feeling for in the moment, which can be tricky.

The hemp oil definitely helps, too.

Business as usual is not a good idea.

Calming, soothing things work. But it can take a lot, so don’t give up if just taking a bath or what have you doesn’t improve the situation.

I wonder if I will be able to help anyone else out with SZA disorder once I figure it out on my own.

If I come across someone, I’m sure they wouldn’t mind :3.
