Gonna write my psychiatrist and therapist a message each. I’ve had enough.

I am also learning not to rush so much in life. I’ve always since I can remember (or at least in adulthood) felt this pressure to go as fast as possible in every activity. I am starting to slow down. Like I was complaining about everything in me being too fast the other day? Well it’s starting to remediate.
