I’m depressed. But at least I’m clean and I exercised yesterday. Today it’s raining so I might not be able to jog outside, which would be terrible.

I want something to do. Or do I just want to feel okay? I don’t know. I guess I just want to feel okay. But I’m depressed. I deduced yesterday that it was because of my poor shape and belly fat. So I have to follow through on that, and keep exercising.
