My therapist / case manager told me to try writing down my small accomplishments which are big steps toward my larger goals, to try to feel grateful and appreciative of myself for the hard work I’m doing. Not to say, It’s not enough, but to think, Wow you’re doing great.

So for you, you can anticipate I’ll be writing more of my accomplishments mindfully and gratefully in here more frequently from now on.
