I’m so nervous. I don’t know what to do. In CBT they say to do mindfulness, meaning meditate. I don’t feel like doing that. I want a better solution. Something that doesn’t say, “Accept the anxiety” at all.

Like, playing sports is a solution.

Painting is a solution. Art, that is. Or music.

We have a keyboard piano I could play but I can’t.

I’m so handicapped. My therapist knows little of what i go through on a daily basis. THey shit out platitudes at me to “help” me.

Fuckers.

Life is miserable.
